My favorite piece of technology is my cell phone; i have it since two months ago when i meet a friend that has these cell and gave me in exange for the cell that i had in these moment. Before that i had the same phone for more than two years, and regrettably i lost it in the summer. I bought it in the bio-bio persa, because I had lost my old phone, which was exactly the same piece that all my last phones. I like my cell phone because is really easy for using, and it have the perfect size to take in any pocket, but what I love most is his little torchlight. Another think that i love is that it uses few batteries to run and i need charge it only one time every 5 days, also i like its games, particulary the snake. If i didn’t have it i will stay very sad, and if i couldn’t get again, never in my life i would use another cell.

beirut - elephant gun
Thinking in my favorite band i search in my old school playlist the songs of my live and I found “Elephant Gun”, the first song of the first EP of Beirut, an American band created in 2006, led by Sach Condon. In the first moment Beirut was the personal project of Condon, but after a time became a band with the incorporation of Perrin Cloutier, Jason Poranski and Nick Petree, today the band is composed for eight musicians, Condon is still the leader. Wikipedia says that Beirut is an indie folk or a folk rock band, also says that their more important influences are music of the Eastern Europe mixed with Mexican elements and a little of western pop. I like this band and I like more the song elephant gun because the mix of sounds transmit to me a kind of peace, and i think that the mexican influences are really cool, it's good the mix of american and mexican music, i would like see beirut here in santiago.
